- Why is Ace Hardware utilizing Logicbroker?
- Ace is utilizing Logicbroker to ensure that they are providing a flexible and nimble system to handle Ace’s supplier partner’s needs and to ensure that a best-in-class experience. No fees are a huge benefit along with more flexibility for connection types.
- How long will it take to get the new connection to work with Logicbroker?
- This can take as little as a day for a browser vendor (which is what we are all striving for!) and 2-3 weeks for an integrated vendor. Ace wants as little disruption to business as possible.
- How will my team know how to process orders in the new browser system from Logicbroker
- Logicbroker will have documentation and a Knowledge Base to assist you with the functions your team will need to be able to process PO’s and push inventory to Ace.
