Why is Ace Hardware utilizing Logicbroker?  

Ace is utilizing Logicbroker to ensure that they are providing a flexible and nimble system to handle Ace’s supplier partner’s needs and to ensure that a best-in-class experience. No fees are a huge benefit along with more flexibility for connection types.

How long will it take to get the new connection to work with Logicbroker?

This can take as little as a day for a browser vendor (which is what we are all striving for!) and 2-3 weeks for an integrated vendor. Ace wants as little disruption to business as possible.

How will my team know how to process orders in the new browser system from Logicbroker

Logicbroker will have documentation and a Knowledge Base to assist you with the functions your team will need to be able to process PO’s and push inventory to Ace.
