Shipment Specifications

Babylist does not currently support GS or UCC labels, therefore those labels are not required.
However, specific carton and pallet labels are required for Babylist, see below.
 
Note: Vendors must follow the Babylist labeling guidelines as listed in their online routing guide. The Babylist Routing Guide can be found here: Babylist Routing Guide
 
Carton Label:
  • Attn: Babylist Inc.
  • Babylist Shipment Reference Number
  • Vendor Name
  • BL-ID
  • Description
  • Quantity
  • Scannable Barcode
  • Expiry (if applicable)
  • Lot Code # (if applicable)
  • If there is a "MIXED" carton, carton must be clearly labeled "MIXED"
  • Is there is a "PARTIAL" case pack, carton must be clearlet labeled "PARTIAL"
    • Mixed Cartons or Partial Cartons must be placed at the TOP of the pallet
Pallet Placards:
  • Purchase Order Number
  • SRN/ASN Number
  • Vendor Name
  • BL-ID(s)
  • Scannable UPC
  • Pallet Count (X of X)
  • Mixed Pallet Placard (if applicable

Is a packing slip required?

    • Yes, packing slips are required for each shipment being sent to any Babylist 3pl destinations, each PS should be unique if you are shipping split loads against a PO. 
    • A detailed PS is also preferred (not required) 
      • Example: SKU: PinkBib is on pallet 1, carton 10
