Creating a Shipment
Creating a shipment is a required step to close out or complete an order (unless the order has been canceled). By providing a carrier and tracking number, this information is transmitted to the retailer so the customer is notified that the order has shipped.

Important! Shipment Reference Number
- What is a Shipment Reference Number and how do I obtain it?
- A shipment reference number must follow this format: consists of the PO number (Babylist assigned) AND your internal assigned order reference number connected by an underscore character.
