BBQGuys Pricing Guidelines
Cost, MSRP, and MAP Updates
All pricing updates must be submitted through your Category Manager. Please allow a minimum of fifteen business days prior to the effective date for processing.
Required Information:
· Model number
· BBQGuys cost
· MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price)
· Sale price (if different from MSRP)
· MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) – the lowest price at which a product may be advertised, provided a signed MAP agreement is in place.
All updates must be submitted in Excel format.
Please send pricing updates directly to your Category Manager. If you are unsure who your Category Manager is, contact categoryteam@bbqguys.com.

Invalid Pricing on Purchase Orders / Sales Orders
If pricing is incorrect on a purchase order, please complete the following steps for Each Order:
1. Submit a Logicbroker cancellation acknowledgment.
2. Email pricing@bbqguys.com and CC vendorsupport@bbqguys.com with the following details:

PO number
-
Model number(s) with incorrect pricing.

Correct BBQGuys cost
-
MSRP
-
MAP (if the product has MAP pricing)
-
If the corrected information is Promotional or Everyday pricing.

Incomplete submissions may delay or prevent the processing of pricing updates. We appreciate your cooperation in following these procedures.
