FBB Packing Slip & Packaging Policy

The packages you ship, and the products inside of them, must adhere to these policies.

 

INSIDE BOX

A packing slip must be included in the inside box with each shipment.

The packing slip must include:

  1. Return instructions. Instructions must direct customers to ship product returns to the site(s) designated in your vendor agreement.
  2. The LogicBroker reference number associated with that order.

 

ON THE PRODUCT LABEL

The product label must include SKU and UPC numbers and other identifying information to the extent

reasonably available.
