FBB Shipping & Cancellation Policies

You will be responsible for shipping orders from Fullbeauty Brands in accordance with this policy.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Items cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

 

SHIPPING SPEED

  • Orders must be ship-confirmed within 2 business days after order is received in Logicbroker. An order is only considered ship-confirmed after confirmation is sent along with a valid tracking number.
  • Upon shipment, products shipping to the contiguous United States must arrive within 7-10 business days,
  • if ordered by 4PM EST. Products shipping to AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories must arrive within 20 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you cannot fulfill all of the products in an order, you must promptly notify FBB that you are canceling those particular products.
  • If FBB does not receive a ship-confirmation from you within 2 weeks of order receipt, the order will be considered cancelled.
  • If FBB requests that you cancel an order, you will cancel the order, or, if it has already been shipped, make a reasonable effort to pause/stop shipment by the carrier.
