-
Remove all of a supplier's products in one step: You can now delete every product for a single supplier with one API call, instead of slow bulk deletes that can disrupt day-to-day work. Each clear-all creates an event with a backup file attached, so nothing is lost if you need to recover it. Endpoints:
-
DELETE /api/v3/Product/Products
-
DELETE /api/v3/Product/{partnerId}/SupplierProducts
-
-
Stop products with invalid categories at import: Retailers can now turn on Enforce Category Matching in Taxonomy Settings. When it's on, if a supplier sends a category outside their assigned set, the import fails with the same clear error message used for other non-compliant data.
-
Set default import profiles for every connected retailer: Suppliers can now choose a default import mapping profile for billable retailers, not just non-billable ones. Every connected retailer shows up in supplier settings, so product files land correctly with less manual mapping.
-
More ways to schedule reports: Custom reports from Advanced Export can now run monthly on the 1st. Reports arrive when your billing, reconciliation, or close process needs them, with no manual pulls.
-
Save catalog views with just your column changes: In the Product Onboarding Center, Save As on the saved search bar is now always available. You can save a view after showing, hiding, or rearranging columns, even if you haven't touched the filters.
Bug Fixes:
-
Catalog imports now accept Google UCP fields: Catalog files that include Google UCP attributes (i.e. native_commerce, consumer_notice_type, product_highlights, and video_link) now import successfully. Before this fix, those files were rejected.
-
Required-attribute rules now apply everywhere products are added or approved: Conditional required-attribute rules now work the same way whether a product is saved in the Product Onboarding Center, added through a retailer file upload, or approved from the supplier catalog.
Connectors
-
Shopify-Moved to Shopify's latest API version: Every Shopify connection now runs on Shopify's API version 2026-07. With this change, inventory updates are more reliable: if Shopify receives the same update twice, it won't apply it twice.
Bug Fixes:
-
Marketplacer - More reliable return processing: Returns sent to Marketplacer now go through every time. Before this fix, a return could be rejected when it was retried or after the marketplace had already approved it, or it could stall partway through with no way to recover automatically.
Virtualstock
Stock & Orders
-
Return-to-store approval is now shown upfront: When you create a return from an order and choose Return to store as the return method, a message now confirms that these returns are approved automatically. You no longer need to check separately after submitting.
-
Supplier list - Clearer Reset Watch List button: Hovering over Reset my supplier watch list now shows how many suppliers it will stop watching. If the button is greyed out, the message explains you aren’t watching any suppliers.
Bug Fixes:
-
Supplier feeds now process reliably: We fixed an issue that caused some supplier feeds to get stuck. Stock updates now come through without delay.
-
Filtering orders by watched suppliers now works with large watch lists: Choosing All watched in the order list supplier filter no longer causes an error when you’re watching a large number of suppliers.
-
Tracking numbers now reach AfterShip more reliably: We fixed an issue where some tracking numbers weren’t sent to AfterShip, which meant those shipments had no tracking updates.
-
Notifications option restored on My Profile: Notifications show again in the My Profile menu, so you can manage your notification settings.
