Getting Started

Below is an outline that will guide you through the onboarding process. Please also take a look at the FAQ section.

 

1. Complete Survey

  • A survey will be sent to you by the Babylist team.  This will need to be completed to begin onboarding. If you are using EDI as your connection please contact your EDI provider to ensure you are already set up and for any EDI information that may be needed in the survey. Once the survey is received by Logicbroker you will receive an email invitation to the Logicbroker Portal.

2. Accept Logicbroker Account invite

  • Make sure to accept the invite within 7 days. If the invitation expires please reach out to Support@Logicbroker.com to request a new one. This will allow you to log into both the Stage and Production portals. You will not have access to the Production portal until you go live.

3. Set up your connection

  • The Logicbroker team will set up your connection on the back end with the information provided in your survey. If this information changes please notify the Logicbroker team asap at Support@logicbroker.com. 
  • API, EDI, XML - You must complete all mapping with your provider before proceeding to testing. Please see here for all reference information.
  • If you are using the portal only there are no additional connection steps needed.

4. Testing

  • All testing is initiated from the Stage Portal. Test orders must be created in the Stage portal regardless of connection type.
    • Log into the Stage portal
    • Navigate to the Testing section on the left side.
    • Choose the company you are testing with
    • Click "Create New test order" 
  • If you are using an integration (API, EDI, XML, etc.) This will send the test order to your integration account where you will then need to complete testing. DO NOT complete testing in the portal if you are using an integration option.
  • Any Errors during testing (Portal and Integration options) can be viewed in the portal.

6. Go live

  • Once testing is complete Babylist will reach out and let you know you have been moved to production
  • The production portal can be accessed here: https://portal.logicbroker.com/ (You will not have access until you go live)
  • Set up notifications and Shipping codes for production.
  • Congrats! You are ready to receive orders! Babylist will let you know when you will receive your first production order.
